This seems like it is a really good thing for Open Source. Business Process Management is needed by companies of all sizes, but the good software is typically available only to those with a big budget.
I have not taken an in depth look yet, so I won't vouch for the product. You can read a little more about it in this interview and on their website.
Are there other good Open Source BPM implementations that I am not aware of?
